Experience Luxury in the 2025 Ford Expedition
Performance and Versatility
While every 2025 Expedition comes with a 3.5-liter engine, there are two versions of this engine offered for this edition. The first delivers 400 horsepower and comes standard with lower trims, while the other is a high-output variant that generates 440 horses and comes with select upper trims. A 10-speed automatic transmission, multi-link independent rear suspension, and both front and rear stabilizer bars come standard with every model, providing smooth rides and quiet gear shifts.
This edition also offers available Intelligent 4WD, a 4×4 system that can detect and adapt to different terrains without any driver input. When opting for this system, a terrain management system with multiple driving modes for you to choose from comes with it.
Cabin Comforts and Design
Inside the Expedition, you’ll find three rows of seating, tri-zone climate control, and split-folding bench seats in both the second and third rows to make room for passengers and cargo. While the front seats come standard with power lumbar support and power recline in lower trims, select upper trims also have heating and ventilation functions for these seats, as well as heated second-row seats, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror and illuminated entry system with theater-dimming technology come with every model.
Outside, all-season or all-terrain tires come standard, depending on the trim level, while wheel sizes range from 18 to 24 inches and come in a variety of unique styles, like the 22-inch Ebony-painted ones and the 24-inch Tarnished Dark Metallic set. New for this edition, the available Ford Split Gate offers two different adjustable levels for storing cargo.
Technology and Safety
Taking both entertainment and convenience to the next level, this SUV’s Ford Digital Experience is an all-in-one infotainment system that comes with a full-color 13.2-inch display. Other tech highlights include a standard Wi-Fi hotspot that requires a data plan, an available wireless charging pad, and for select trims, the optional 22-speaker B&O Unleashed Sound System by Bang & Olufsen.
Also providing advanced safety features, this edition has dual-stage front airbags, front-seat side-impact airbags, the LATCH system for securing child seats, and Ford’s Safety Canopy System, which includes coverage for the third row. Standard driver-assist highlights include both rearview and 360-degree camera systems, the Individual Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go, Lane Centering, Predictive Speed Assist, and Lane-Keeping System. Even trailering is easier with the standard Pro-Trailer Backup Assist and Pro-Trailer Hitch Assist.
